Jacqueline Hutsell

A progressive innovator with several accomplishments in leading and analyzing human behavior for over 30 years. Jacqueline is an expert in the areas of strategy, leadership, human resources, organizational development, and training. She has served as the Vice President of People Services at COA for 15 years. She oversees Human Resources, Training, Organizational Development, Strategy Development, Change Management, Culture Management, Safety at COA.
Jacqueline has a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing and a master’s degree in human resource development, both from Xavier University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resource Management, and as a Human Capital Strategist through the Human Capital Institute. In addition, Jacqueline holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and is an SAOL Certified Consultant.
Jacqueline is a C-Suite Award honoree (Venue Magazine and Lead Magazine), Award Winner for her Team Educator program for HR.com and has been recognized as a YMCA Black Achiever and a YWCA Rising Star. She has served as a mentor through Xavier University’s Executive Mentoring Program, as well as a leadership coach to several individuals, she has also served on several community and educational boards.
